LD44 complete

LD44 is done. This started out with a pretty serious idea. Homelessness and money. A theme about money makes me reflect on our society and question if our capitalistic values are really values at all. Then I started thinking about the mechanics for giving that money and how would you be scored. That's where things kind of got carried away. The game could just as well be called Make it Rain, but I didn't want that to be the whole focus.
